KIEV, Ukraine — An "all-for-all" exchange of prisoners that Ukraine and pro-Russian separatists agreed to in Minsk as part of a renewed cease-fire accord raised hopes that a famed military pilot imprisoned in Moscow would soon be freed.

Nadiya Savchenko, 34, is being tried in Moscow for her alleged complicity in the deaths of two Russian journalists last summer. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said her release was a priority during talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and there was an understanding that she would be freed.
